Bright grey/white marks on my monitor.

Hello, I have an BenQ 27" XL2730Z monitor, a weeks ago i noticed some bright grey/white marks on my monitor, and it has gotten worse. Would love some help.

The monitor is 1 and a half years old.

did you try to use another monitor on your system to compare picture but this look more like a gpu issue .

Well, I have an secound monitor and it looks fine.

you did use the same cable and connector from pc to them .

I use Display port for the main monitor and DVI for the secound monitor and both of them are plugged into the same grafic's card

you have to test the using dvi for both then display port for test after on each .

Just finished doing all that and it didn't work

it is a monitor issue as the backlite is leaking thru. check with BenQ as it should be still under warranty as usually 3yrs.

Dumb question.

Should i contact BenQ themselfs or should I contact the store where i bought it from?

go to the store 1st to see what they say as most likely you have to contact BenQ to send the monitor for warranty replacement. hope you still have the monitor box & packing.

I don't have the monitor box/packing sadly, hopefully I'll be fine without it or I'm screwed.
