Looking for advice
I want to have a (27" under $400) matte / least glare possible monitor facing outside our storefront window for video advertisement.
I assume I need the brightest least glare monitor for best effect during the day.
Right now I'm looking at : Dell - 27" HDR IPS LED QHD Model : S2719DM
It claims to have 600 cd/m brightness.
Am I looking at the correct specs for getting the best daylight results?
Would a 400 cd/m brightness monitor be just as good?
Does anyone have any suggestions ?
Thanks!

I think this gives a lot of information. You seem to be on the right track with the monitor you've picked but please keep in mind that it should be situated inside the store away from the sun's glare.
Yes, in our situation, it will be inside, but up close to the window looking out - so it would get indirect sun during daylight hours of the day. A commercial grade monitor will probably be too expensive of an investment. We've been using a low-end monitor as a tester, and while its a little dim during daylight hours, its almost acceptable, except for maybe a 2 - 3 hrs when theres more direct sun and glare reflection is just too overwhelming, (during a peak glare time).
