[SOLVED] Bright spots on monitor

What are these bright spots that are only visible in white/light background that has showed suddenly in my two years old ASUS ROG PG279 ?

After googling I seen people mention that it is called pressure spot the thing is I don't remember ever putting pressure on my monitor that leave these spots and it never happened before and I don't think it is manufacturing defect.
also it only visible with shades of light but not visible in other colors (Red, Green, Blue, Black ..etc)

Its not a dead pixel,if it was black it would be a dead pixel.
The only way i found online on how to fix this issue is to pull the screen out and clean it.
