Question Bright/White spot on dark backgrounds LCD

I have an LCD display and suddenly this two bright spots have appeared in the screen. I have read that it could be a pressure marks, but it seems that pressures marks are more visible on whit/bright backgrounds, however mine is only visible in black/dark backgrounds. What could it be?

Have you tried rubbing on them for a little bit?

I've tried to use a suction cup as mentioned in the pressure mark DIY fixes and I have tried to give it a massage as mentioned with stuck pixels. I haven't tried rubbing on them, will it make any difference? And should I do it with the screen off?

What could it be if is not a dead/stuck pixel or a pressure mark?

do you have a light near the screen or have sunlight that sits on it directly for any long periods of time?
