Brightness goes full after minimizing a game

Im on Windows 10 and i installed the anniversary update and when i minimize games the brightness goes full and when i maximize them the brightness goes lesser than usual.Reinstalling windows works but i need a permanent solution as it happens like every 2 weeks or so

hello there, permanent solution eh? i have a few for ya buy a mac, dont get the anniversary update, roll back to windows 7. this is the reason why i havent gotten the anniversary update because all the problems i have heard people had after getting the update crappy microsoft for ya hope this helps
