Brightness setting, Contrast setting, gamma and color temp help

Hello i have a Acer Predator XB281HK monitor

and it's the first time i ever had a "gaming" monitor

So i have a problem of what settings is good for the eyes when it comes to Brightness, contrast and gamma + color temp?

I normally play games like Ghost Recon, FarCry 5, Assassins creed.. So i was wondering if anyone have the same monitor like me could give me tips?

I know i have to probably change settings on each games

Unless you have some vision problem(s) just use whatever settings make the display look good to you and is comfortable to your eyes.

Both initially and after you have gamed for for awhile. There should be no discomfort.

If you have vision problems then discuss the matter with your doctor.
