Bring Monitor on Plane

Sorry if I posted in wrong section but how would you bring a monitor on the plane? As checked in luggage or as carry ons? I am flying with EVA Air

why would you bring your pc on the plane. check in with them to see if they would let you bring it aboard. are you using it on the plane??

You should really be careful with that, i suggest shipping it. But if you insist you should ring up their helpline and see size restrictions and things like that.

Monitor only as monitors in Taiwan are way cheaper than in Canada

oh probably as long as you put it in a good sized but not oversized bag and make sure to call in.

If it's brand new can I just bring it in the box?

yeah if its in the box they probably will want you to open it. after you open it and see its not a bomb(your not a terriost right :O) you probably will be allowed asking them is the only way to be sure however.
