Bringing back the boot selector menu?

Hello all,
I had winXp made a new partition, installed W7..after some time I reinstalled WXP and after rebooting the boot screen went away. The screen would allow me to choose between W7 and WXP..how do I bring it back?

Reinstalling XP deletes the W7 boot file, boot in with the W7 dvd and run the Startup Repair tool.
