Bringing Components overseas (water cooling as well)

Hey guys, I am going back to Canada in a week or so but I am bringing a Antec H600 Cooler, i7 4770k and a Gigabyte Z87 mobo from China. All of them are in their boxes but I already put the CPU itself onto the mobo. Should I carry the parts in my backpack onto the plane or should I put it for luggage? Will the customs let it through since the coolers already got liquid in it. The Chinese customs are pretty tough this year also.

take the liquiad out of the water cooling and store the parts in your backpack the baggage guys can get sometimes get rough with the bags and just throw the baggage around

I don't know how to extract the liquid out of the H600 and also do they allow HDDs?

you should try and look on the chinese customs site and try to see what you can bring in and what u cant bring in
