broadband speed ?

hi every one , the question today is , im with virgin at mo , and 100mbs download , but the greedy buggers wont nearly £80..and thats without films and sport packages , so im thinking of going over to sky but the broadband speed is a lot slower , so with on line games would this make a bug difference to my pocket yes it will , so help please

for online gaming it's low latency that you need, not really raw download speed. best talk around to friends from online games that use sky and ask them how it works for them.

The only thing that you feel more then 20mbs down is for downloading larger files. I have 50mbs and that is more then enough. Gaming only requires 2g Internet speed, but low ping.

If it is a significant price drop, 23Mbps is fine. Assuming the latency isn't too bad.
