You would need to find drivers that is compatible with XP. These days it's near impossible to get updated drivers because XP isn't supported anymore. people think they can get windows 7 INF files to work with XP but most of the time that just doesn't work. Especially for network adapter drivers. There are threads that some have been able to successfully manage to get them to work, but it's quite rare. Your best chance is to scour the net for drivers applicable to Broadcom and download each of them into a USB drive. And try each one hoping one will work. Good luck!
