Broadwell-E vs. Skylake i7s?

So, I wanna build a new really really nice computer.

The trouble is, I have two options:
i7-6700K
http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX58496 which I got via Intel for $229 CAD

OR
i7-6800K
http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX62100 priced as you see.

Is it worth for the difference? Should I splurge and get this one?

i7-6850K

I'm hoping to put it into an mATX build, but that's still a toss up.

Hi Sir . The i7 6700k Is a 6th Generation Intel Processor (Skylake) Which Can Respond For All Of Needings In The World. Of Course I Dont Think U Need 15 mb Cache!!!! So Dont Waste Ur Money And Afford The i7 6700k

Also :

1. As U Know U Can Overclock It To 4.8 Ghz - 5 Ghz And It Can Be Reliably Work Better . But Even 4Ghz Is Still Powerful !

2. Remember For Using A K Series Cpu And If U Want To Oc It U Need A Z Series Mobo Which Got The BEst Oc Capability ( Just For Informing U . Maybe U Knew This One )

Honestly, it really depends what you want it for. If gaming, the 6700K is about as good as you need, the clock speed wins out.
If you're editing/rendering then the added cores of the 6800K may help a bit.

I really see no justification for the 6850K at all, especially at the price.

Fair enough. Unfortunately the processors I get this way are NFR... If you work at an electronics retailer, look up Intel RetailEdge. Good rewards and 2x a year they offer supremely discounted processors or other intel stuff.
