Broblem with Street Fighter iv it slow

Hello,
i have ati 6950 and i7 950 and 6 gb ram
if i make the graphice setting full with Street Fighter iv laike AA it be slow and the fps 30
what is the broblem

What resolution do you play at?
for some cases, turning on high all the setting and get about 30fps is seems normal...

i play with 1920*1080

Yeah, that's normal, mate... Turning the AA setting to max could reduce performance, but the other way the quality of graphic is increasing...
