M mario2008 Distinguished Jun 18, 2007 109 0 18,680 Aug 16, 2007 #1 I was checking the case stand offs for my mother board somehow i mistakely drop mobo on the case from 3 inch. from the air nothing broke only one of the tiny pin back of mobo broke only 1 pin. should i exchange the mobo? is there going to risk?

NaDa Distinguished Mar 30, 2004 574 0 18,980 Aug 17, 2007 #3 Why dont you try it??? I once broke a resistor in the CPU area on the back of the board and it's working fine strangly! Who knows what's it for. I dont really understand what you have broken but I would personaly try the mobo and see if it works.
