I forgot to flip the switch on the pci-e 1 slot when removing my graphics card. I ripped the plastic cover off and broke 2 of the pins, a few are bent as well. I replaced my gtx 980 ti with a 1080 ti but im having the exact same frame rates. I suspect that thats because i was forced to put the 1080 ti in the pci-e 2 slot. Do i have to buy a new motherboard or is it possible to fix the slot?
The motherboard is a Asis x99/a usb 3.1
