Broke resolution on windows 10

Hi, i got a problem, wheni wanted to repair my pc i just get to a man that repairs computers and he had a 24 inch benq monitor at 1080p resolution, but my monitor is a 19 inch 1440x900 display and now i have 1080p on a 900p screen rezolution. I want to change it back to 900p because it's kinda blurry on 1080p. My graphics card is a palit gts 450. Thanks
