Question broken and jagged anti aliasing in every 3d and 2d application/image

Anti Aliasing is broken in every aspect, (mini maps in games, images, ect.) My pc can't generate a straight line anymore when the 3d or 2d model is moving, this happened when i changed the graphic card... this completely ruined my pc and my gaming experience, i can't play in the same way anymore. What is causing that? even turning back on my old gpu don't solve the issue, so is it possible that this new graphic card just f**** up my entire pc? i don't know what to do.. this is madness honestly, 1000€ for playing with ps3 graphics, im speechless.
I tried EVERY driver, EVERY graphic setting on Nvidia control panel, ive tried EVERYTHING but my gaming experience is still f**

what the old gpu?
use ddu to remove the old gpu driver and install the new gpu driver?
