Broken APU. Help!

Guys could you please help me to determine the cause of this kind of behavior in my APU. I think that that iGPU is broken.

That looks like OpenGL error. Is it like that just in that game or everywhere ?

It happens on all games. How do i fix it if it is an OpenGL error?

I would start by cleaning off GPU drivers with http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html and installing newest drivers from AMD.

Already done that several times, I have reformatted my pc too but still got the same graphics.
