Broken fan splitter

So i just got my Silverstone fan splitter, but it came missing the third pin. Is it still useable without the third pin?

If you're fan splitter is the PWM variant and has 4 pins on one while the second end has 3 pins then you're fine but if you're seeing only 2 on one end then you should return it since the third pin will provide the tachometric signal;

Can you please pass on a link to the fan splitter?
