Broken frontal audio jack

Hello,

I noticed in the past few days that my headphones only displayed sound from one ear when connected to the frontal panel audio jack.
I decided to take a look at it and i noticed that is missing one of the "valves" that makes click when you plug in headphones. Now instead there is a black hole.

I was wondering if i could fix it somehow.

That "thing that makes click" is the contact to one channel, if it's missing only one channel can be heard. Whole jack has to be replaced.
