Question broken gpu fan

hello, i found a gtx 1070 with dual fan but one fan has a missing piece, its very cheap for me and its working. so could it be a problem on long session game time?

If a fan is missing a blade as it sounds it will stress the internals of the fan. How long they last depends on the fan type. It will eventually fail, causing temps up go up. It will also be louder than it normally would. Replace when you can.
