Did my PSU break any component? My psu is Thermaltake Litepower 650w

Specs
Ryzen 5 3600
Saphire pulse rx 5700xt
B450 tomahawk max
TForce delta 16gb 3000mhz

While my pc was on idle i left it alone for a while but then when i went back to use it again no display was showing up. The pc and everything was on just no display. I have tried resesting everything and i noticed a blinking light in the ez debug LED of my motherboard. The VGA light was blinking. Everything works fine except no display.

Did the psu fry or break the gpu? Although i didnt smell anything burnt when i checked

thats a very bad PSU to begin with , i would stop using it and buy a new one either way
if you want to know if your GPU is still ok you have to trouble shoot it with a different PSU
what is your location and budget ?
