Broken graphics card?

So I've been having a few problems lately with my computer, and I think it's something to do with my (Nvidia) graphics card.

The current situation is, is that when my graphics card is connected, my monitors say "no signal." I'm not sure if this just means the graphics card is broken, or that there could be more to it.

The extended version is, I bought a monitor recently, that I tried to set up 2 days ago. Before plugging it in, I decided I'd give my desk a proper clean, so I removed my old monitor, (a TV,) tidied my desk, and then attempted to plug in both monitors. At which point, I found both monitors wouldn't work.

After playing about with some other suggested solutions online, I tried removing my graphics card, and starting up my PC without it, which allowed the monitors to work again. I then put the graphics card back in, and it continued to function, Unfortunately, it didn't function as well as it should've, which I soon figured out that my graphics card wasn't considered to be connected, when I tried to access the Nvidia control panel.

I tried to look this up, and found a suggestion of updating the drivers for the graphics card, which also said it couldn't find the graphics card. I also found suggestions (although for laptops,) to change to discreet GPU. Seeing as I couldn't actually find that option, I tried to "restore default," only to have it go back to no signal.

I'm not really sure what to do about it. If it's the software, then I can't connect the hardware, because I won't be able to see what I'd be doing, and if it's the hardware, then... F***.

So what are your suggestions, on what I should do?

Thanks in advance.

Hello, how are you? First of all please no abusing in this forum it is one of the rules so please respect the rules. What is the make and model of your graphic card? Have you tried connecting another graphic card? Have you checked that the cables are properly connected to the back of the monitors? What are the model of the monitors you are using?
