current spec
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770K CPU @ 3.50GHz
Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti
Memory 16 GB

my motherboard has broke the Ethernet cable does not work any more so i want to replace it, i also i am thinking of upgrading my graphics card to a top tier one 780, 970 not to sure yet, i also have a bought an extra hard drive but there is no wires for it to fit in so the new motherboard must have plenty of wires for 1ssd and 1 hard drive, i do not really have a budget but i do a lot of gaming and i know gaming stuff tends to cost more, this is my old motherboard, "ASUS P8B75-MLE" and the new extra hard drive i bought is called Seagate video 3.5 HDD 500g, if anyone could help me that would be great.

Solution
It's not going to run the newest processors out there, but it will run your current i7-3770K and allow for overclocking. Nothing is future proof, but with your configuration and one of the new GPUs you mentioned, you will be happily gaming at high fps for at least a few more years.
