I was replacing the thermal paste on my laptop motherboard, Asus Rog GL502VT. Then accidentally found a broken component, maybe a resistor or something. When I booted back like that everything was normal but the graphics card was not detected. Is it due to this missing component it's not being detected or something else? Can I resolder (microsolder) this small component and it would work fine or do I need to replace motherboard?

Solution
I suspect it is off your GPU as it is not being recognized.

If your computer is working off the onboard graphics then it is unl;ikely to be the motherboard.

Have close look to see where the bit came from.
