I have a PS2 Slim with broken lens. Is there any way of playing games of USB flash without installing modchip? Or can I replace broken PS2 lens with my old PC DVD drive lens?
You'd have to get the exact lens for the PS2
Also, you could get a fmcb memory card online and order it, it's a useful softmod for the PS2, and some sellers will include a homebrew called "Open PS2 Loader", if not you can install it on the card
It'll allow you to play games via ethernet, USB, or through the HDD if your on a fat PS2
You can buy a new ps2 lens assemble just do a search on google for ps2 lens replacement with the model number of your PS2 I did a quick search and it was around $20 for a new one.

As @ChaoticWolf Said, I've been using Ethernet booting games since 3 years ago, works without issue, even tho I can replace lense but I wanna keep the disc on HDD , even tho I have them on DVD originals, like Duke Nukem time to kill, Gran Turismo and etc.

Yeah, and it's good for preserving your collection, and keeping the discs in great condition 😛
