Question Broken PSU fan fin

One of the fins of the PSU is broken. It's causing an annoying and loud vibration noise. It's been like that for months now, and there's been no other issue. But I've been thinking of breaking the opposite fin to stabilize the fan. It's a simple, cheap PSU, and it powers a weak computer with a 7th gen cpu and no gpu. Surely the difference in airflow would not create a fire hazard... Right?

In this video, at the linked timestamp, he breaks parts of two blades to balance the fan. It doesn't need to be 100% balanced, just balanced enough it doesn't make too loud of a noise. I'm just worried about the heat.
Just because they did it with that particular fan in that particular system doesn't mean it will work for you. In all likelihood it will still throw it off balance unless the fan has really good bearings and then it might compensate some.
