Yesterday I had two pc crashes during heavy use. After that the pc imediately restarted both times.

I instantly thought that it's probably a psu problem. But decided to first test the ram and ssd, bofore looking to buy a new psu. So I ran memtest86 and it gave me 0 errors. The ssd is at 99% after 1 year of usage.

I will leave my pc specs below. Please let me know if I am making the right choice buying a new PSU.

8700k not overclocked
16gb corsair 2400mhz ddr4
Asus prime h310m-k
500gb ssd
1000gb hdd
RTX 2070 super
Corsair vs650. White 80+

Solution
^ agreed. Your PSU is the most likely culprit. Corsair makes some fine power supplies. Their lowest quality VS model is not made for a gaming system. Power supply wattage means nothing if the model is low quality. You can use Hwinfo to monitor temps and many other system values to help diagnose the problem.

See if you can test with a known good psu to verify that the psu is the problem.

The corsair vs series are not considered to be good units.
In the event that testing shows a bad psu, RMA it if you can.
In the mean time, buy a quality replacement.
I might suggest a seasonic focus unit, 550w or 650w.
When you get the rma back, do not open the package and sell it as a factory refurbished unit.
