Broken Sceptre Monitor looking for solutions

I have a Sceptre 24in. E28W-1920 monitor that suddenly blacked out on me. I'm looking for solutions as to what I can do to fix this's I took it apart to see that this was damaged. I'm not super tech savvy but I'm willing to try anything to repair it!

Option 1: If it costs more than $500, bring it to a servicenshop
Option 2: Dispose it off properly - bring it to a recycling centre, start looking for new monitor
Option 3: Invest couple of years in college, couple of thousand dollars in tools, find the schematic, and fix it yourself. Make sure your life insurance is up to date.

Option 1 - Bad output from the PC.
Fix that.

Option 2 - Bad cable
Change it.

Option 3 - Actual bad monitor
Replace. Any 'fix' would be at least as much as a new one.
