[SOLVED] Broken TV price?

I have a 46'' JVC hd tv that short circuited last year, or atleast thats what I assume happened because I was told that there was a flash of light on screen and it never worked again. the frame itself is in good condition so I was wondering what would be good amount to charge for it? it could possibly be fixed or at the very least scrapped for parts. It was originally $400+ and purchased 9 years ago

That kind of TV would only be wanted by someone who had an identical device, but with a broken screen.

Merge the two into one working thing, maybe.
And only if local and they can pick it up.

I have 3 LG LED TV's in my basement ready to be recycled. Cost more to fix than buy new.
