[SOLVED] Broken usb3 header pin

Solution
You broke the motherboard pin. There's no fix for that unless you are decent with soldering techniques, and even then it's a 1 time use fix as the solder is soft and will rebreak every time you pull out that connector.

The only viable solution is use a pci express card to re-route the usb3.
Like This , and then use a USB3 extension cable to plug in from the front panel port cable.

If you have an external bay, there are USB hubs that fit in like an optical drive and get more USB ports in the front that way. Other than that, there are unlikely to be any easy solutions to get a replacement USB port in the front outside of a hub off the working one, which will be rather inelegant looking.
