Broken vaio help

sony vaio wont boot up blank sceen power button on (green) charging on (yellow) but the screen blank and also the button that look like a barrel which usually flashes does nothing but I can hear the fan spinning any Help Would be appreciated

Humm, could you give me some more info?

  Is the fan spinning at high speed?
  Have you tried hooking it up to a monitor, the display could be shot.
