Broken voltage regulator on 4770k

Hi, i broke the top regulator in deliding process but pc still works, what can i expect to be happening to it in future?

who knows, many things could happen but sometimes nothing happens. It would be suggested that you get a new one.

It may fail, but you can't RMA it because the warranty is void and buying a new one is useless if it still works. Run Prime95 torture tests for a few hours and you'll know if it's fine or not.

Lazy as i am, i'll try some gaming instead of long test, parctical use of time.

Running tests while you're asleep will work, but if the sole purpose of that system is gaming, then I agree with you.
