Broken Win 7 Disc

My disc for win7 broke (got it for my bday and was Doa) I know that you can download win8 by putting in your service key, but I can't find one for win 7. If their is one, please tell me

Check a computer shop if you want a new CD, without product key.

I think "Digital River" handles windows 7 digital downloads.
