I have made alot of changes on my windows10 and i am sure i broke my pc, its not problematic my pc works fine but, a few options are not changable for me.

If you take a look on the screenshot i uploaded (the link above)
You can see the administrative windows icon, saying: Some settings are not available now.
With my administrator account i klick on the administrative option, normally i am able to change things now, but since i broke my pc i get this error popup telling me:

This Settings could not be changed.
The System cant find the File.

How do i fix my power options?
Just one thing i wont do is update my windows, im looking ONLY for a diffrent solution!!!

which version are you on? I only ask as it helps identify possible fixes
right click start
choose run...
type winver and press enter
current version is 1909

Have you tried running SFC/DISM?

right click start button
choose powershell (admin)
type SFC /scannow and press enter
once its completed, copy/paste this command into same window:
Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth and press enter
SFC fixes system files, second command cleans image files, re run SFC if it failed to fix all files and restart PC

Im on 1709 , i will not update.

I know the image repair and SFC but duo to my expirience this tool re downloads any damaged file in windows and i dont want that, i need to repair a specific thing in the OS and only that.

For example if i run the image repair, windows will automatically redownload windows update service, maybe even the default bloatware.
So thats the reason for me to not use imagerepair.
Othr solutions?
