Broken windows start up and drivers

I have a Dell lap top and one day I started it up and it said "Your PC needs repair
File:\windows\system32\winload.efi
Error code: 0xc000000f "
It also mentions how I have a driver issue
I've tried turning off secure boot and putting in my disk for drivers and utilities that came with the PC but nothing has worked so far,I'd really appreciate if someone could help me. Thanks ^_^

This error code is a boot configuration error.

The link above gives some suggestions to correct it. I would first try going to an earlier System Restore Point.
