Can you please link the 2 power supplies you are looking at? 80+ should not be used to determine how good the power supply is.

80+ certification is a measure of efficiency. An 80+ Bronze PSU would be more efficient than a non 80+ PSU.

80+ certification does not mean anything about the safety or reliability of the power supply, however.

Neither. Both.

"Bronze" and "Normal" are just efficiency ratings. I can make an 80 PLUS Bronze time bomb or an 80 PLUS PSU that would last 20 years.
