Hello,
I have contacted both Microsoft and Brother and both were useless.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software, firmware, drivers, and also removed devices from control panel on both PC's. Now when I print, this seems to only happen with in the two browsers i use the most. For example: I go to a website. At first i thought it maybe the coding of the website. However, I tried others. Same issue. The issue is when I go to print preview and see what it is before I print. The ext overlays or runs over each other or on top of each other. It's kind of hard to explain. I test printing in word and other programs and all is OK. Another one example I will go to say NFL.com and it does not print or display the site the way it should be. It will manually type out each link and align it all to the left with just the links then show the images and other stuff under neath all that like on page 3 or 4. Another words I think it is a formatting issue. But, I have tried to restore defaults in both browsers and printer preferences. No go. Any suggestions. It is making it annoying for sites we need to print stuff out.
Thanks, Karl
