Question Brother MFC-J4340DW software and driver, won't being installed properly

I don't know which board this topic is suitable, so I will post it here:
Anyway, this is a complex problem, which I need to explain in details:
1. After Brother IPrint&Scan stopped responding non stop after an update notification, I tried to remove it using Revo Uninstaller.
2. To my surprise, removing IPrint&Scan, also caused the Brother MFP driver and software to be disappear from the list together with the IPrint&Scan.
3. So I tried to manually uninstall the Brother software completely by the uninstall file in the Brother folder with no success.
4. I also tried to manually remove the Brother software by removing all of its folders and by using the uninstallation tool.
5. From this time, every time I'm installing the Brother software by the full package, even if it seems to be complete, it actually fails, and only very small part of the software being installed and no other software installed, with no option for uninstalling.
What I can do to fix this problem?

can you just revert Windows back to a time before the initial "uninstall" was attempted?

Settings > Update & Security > Recovery

System Restore has failed to restore my system to the last restore point.

Update: It seems that the System Restore was only partially successful, since most of the Brother software has been restored and working correctly. But the Brother Utilities is corrupted, the printer in Devices & Printers, don't appearing in its intended symbol, and only Brother IPrint&Scan appearing in the list of installed software, no any other software of Brother .

many times applications will have a "repair" type option available. though it seems often it accomplishes nothing.
try right-click on Start > Apps & Features and see.

you can also just try reinstalling the IPrint&Scan software again now. it may be more affective since more of the software has been restored.

i would also recommend using backup software like Acronis True Image to keep regular backups of the entire system.

i keep 2 week interval OS drive backups running just for instances where Windows <Mod Edit> itself somehow or other software becomes corrupted.

also helps a lot when performing a clean install.
keeps all application settings/user files available to restore after reinstallation.

With the last thing you said about clean install, this is the conclusion that Brother tech person reached. That the problem is with the OS itself and needs clean install. This will be done by my computer technician person at his computer lab.

hopefully you're not paying someone just for a fresh install of Windows.
you can very easily accomplish this yourself.
