[SOLVED] Brother MFC9130CW Laser Printer with bad color gradation and streaking

Hi All,

I got a Brother MFC9130CW laser all-in-one with bad print quality. Blacks come out faded but all colors are so saturated. I'd appreciate if you could help me figure this out. Already tried wiping the belt unit. Cartridges are not empty. Pic of a test print

Assuming you've already followed the section in the manual pertaining to print density adjustment and didn't improve the quality then it's time to replace the drum unit.

by "print density adjustment " if you mean calibration, yes I've performed calibration several times, but it deosn't change how the prints come out. If not please let me know.

And nothing has changed from my previous. If calibration didn't work then replace the drum. It's worn out.

Your manual lists the consumables and maintenance intervals. It's extremely important to follow the maintenance intervals exactly as laid out or your printer will become a very expensive boat anchor in short order.
