Brother printer problem

I was recently was looking around the components of my HL-2270dw. When I put the cartridge back in I started getting this annoying banding pattern on my print outs. I tried to clean the drum but it didn't seem to fix the problem. I'll include pictures to show what it looks like. Is there is a toner or drum problem?

Any help would greatly be appreciated!

Hello... Since you are getting annoying banding pattern on your print outs, you can try the following

Keep The Print Head Clean
Preventing "Color Mixing" When Refilling
Do Not Run Back to Back Cleaning Cycles.
(this applies to all printers)
Purge the Cartridge
Don't Let the Cartridge Dry Out!

I hope if you check this issues, you can get rid of the problems..
