Brought a new graphics card, monitor says no signal. Help!

I've recently purchased an HP 500-326na desktop PC, alongside an Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 DirectCU II OC 2GB GDDR5 Graphics Card, and a Corsair 500w PSU. The PC itself comes with a graphics card, the AMD r240, and this works fine. However I cannot get the gtx 760 to work, all I get everytime I boot up is the same "no signal" message.

I have tried resetting the CMOS, enabling legacy mode in the BiOS, deleting the previous AMD drivers, using both HDMI and DVI, and also disabling on board graphics. I am out of ideas. If anyone knows of a way to resolve my issue that'd be great, so please shoot ideas at me if you know anything about my issue.

Yeah, issue with that is that this is the second card I've had, I've already returned one because I thought it was faulty. I'm thinking it might be my motherboard rather than the card, but I'm not sure. I have to wait until tomorrow though to be able to try it in a new PC.
