Question Brought a rog strix sq7 gen 4 nvme drive

im only getting 150 megabytes maxiuem its advertised that i should be getting 6500-7000 ive changed in bios to pcie x4 i dont understand why its so slow im using asus z970 hero motherboard with 19-13900k

I just went into bios and dissabled satacontroller ive now got higher reads and write speed but starting windows seems to be as slow as my old ssd now im use the sq7 rog nvme gen 4
