Question brought a set of ram both should be 2133mhz but they are different?????

i brought a 16gb kit of 8x2 Kingston hyper X ram I've been using if for a while but thought id check the speed of them again to be sure, to my surprise I see that one is running at 1600mhz and the other at 2133mhz why would this be??? how can I fix this?

motherboard is asus m5a99x and supports 2133hz

SPD section shows spd table for specified ram module.
Look at CPU-Z memory tab instead.

actually, the ram is showing up as 800hmz in cpuz why? its a 2133mh ram kit ??
