Brown Box (What is it?)

So I've ordered the card called GTX N660 from MSI..

But it says N660 Brown Box.. Brown Box?? I can't find anything on it, and only 2 shops in Denmark has those..

more than likely it means it has been refurbished, or the original packaging was damaged, or it is a returned item.
