My problem is bizarre, to say the least.
My computer, having just forced me to update, has started having trouble connecting to the internet.
More accurately, it connects to the internet fine, but the browsers cannot connect at all.
It starts off fine, everything working as intended, then I hear the device disconnect sound. Shortly after, the piece I am on freezes. No browsers work, I have tried edge, Firefox, chrome and the Steam store and community pages don't load.
However that's not all. It gets more bizarre from here.
Steam is connected and can see my online friends and send messages. On top of that, Discord also works exactly as intended.

After a while I will hear the device connected sound (usually ten or so minutes) and everything will work fine again for a while, then it repeats.

My operating system is Windows 10 with the autumn creators update, if you need any more information just ask.

Thanks for the suggestion and sorry for the delayed response!
I checked my network card drivers through the device manager, windows claims that they are using the latest version.
The devices in this manager for the internet are as follows:
802.11n Wireless LAN Card [Up to date]
Broadcom NetLink (TM) Gigabit Ethernet [Up to date]
