Browser Freezing Constantly

For months now I can't solved the issue of having the FireFox crashing every 60 sec or so...
So, I installed the Chrome and Opera, but they both freezes and all I see is the "waiting for cache" on the left bottom of the screen...

I have cleaned the cache several times, but every time I open the browser it freezes again...

Using Win 7 Ultimate.

Do you have a page file set up? Have you run a virus and a malware scan? Do you have the latest BIOS and mobo drivers? What PSU? Whqat is the DRAM actually running at and what model of DRAM?
