Browser takes too long to reach websites after PC boot

Hey, can you help me with this? My computer is taking to present pages on browsers after booting/coming from stand by.

Skype becomes usable basically from the moment the internet icon in the taskbar assumes it normal shape... however, I still have to wait a bit before my web browsers manage to reach sites... until then they say "Resolving... " (at least in portuguese, I'm not sure if in english the message is exactly that... Thanks in advance!

For the websites you can test another DNS server to connect to. eg. googles 8.8.8.8
But sounds like its your computer that is the problem, what specs do you have on the computer ? SSD drive?
Try running malware scan www.malwarebytes.com
and a reinstallation of the OS can be worth looking into doing.
