Hey there .
I'm not sure it is the right place to post this thread, so please move it to the correct thread if I've a mistake.
So the problem is pretty simple, videos on any browser stutter and lag for a few milliseconds , and it is noticeable - especially on YouTube.
I've tried many things -
Updated my graphics card, Disabled hardware acceleration on browser , even reinstalled Windows.
I have a Dell G3 3579 Laptop, the problem occurs mostly when I use the laptop's monitor. When I use the HDMI cable to connect it to a TV or a monitor , the problem does no exist.
I think it the problem is related to the integrated graphics card (Intel 630 ) because of what Iv'e mentioned above, but when I disable the driver the problem still occurs.
How do I fix this problem?
P.S - Gaming with the laptop seems to be fine , and when I checked my laptop status on Userbenchmark - it seems above average .
Also, when I look at Task Manager it seems that I don't any "spikes" in the CPU usage when the lag occurs - it is just normal.

PC specs:
Intel I7 8750H with INTEL 630 gpu
Nvidia GTX 1060 with MAX-Q design
16 GB of RAM
512 SSD
1 TB HHD
Windows 10 latest version.
