Question Browsers have problems accessing sites

Hello,

Yesterday I couldn't access my outlook.com email account through a browser. I could only access it using my mobile's app or using Windows 10 app, but I tried 3 different browsers on 3 computers and I get "The connection has timed out" message.
Today, I can access outlook.com but now I have problems accessing Facebook - on some browsers the site loads very slowly, on others "connection timed out".

Hey man,

Have you restarted your modem/router? Cleared your internet history/cookies? What happens if your ping facebook.com in the command line?

Hi,
I restarted the modem. I didn't clear your internet history/cookies as it happens in different computers in the house.
Pinging Facebook - request timed out.

I was away for a week - before I was away, everything worked fine in all computers.
